Time to Play

Dad and Momma did a little tree trimming on Sunday. They haven't cut up all of the big branches yet so we decided to get a little exercise and used them for jumping.

See Eva, there is nothing to be scared of.
Just hop over them!

Eva is approaching her first jump!
Dad is jumping with us!

That was fun. I'll do it again!

Brice showing great form!
Look how closely his back legs are tucked.

Sometimes Eva detoured around the tree.

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Super Brice!!!

Good even take-off

Eva is learning!
She would never had done this before now
but Brice is giving her lots of confidence to try new things.

We're going to do some more jumping tomorrow if the weather permits. We're suppose to get some "wintery mix".

Woof ya later,
Princess Eva & Brice

P.S. We'll continue the Swamp Tour later this week. We're only 1/3 of the way around the swamp on the videos.

Wow! Jumping over trees looks like fun!

Oh, and to answer the question you left on my blog...It all began when my spokesperson, out of the blue, exclaimed, "Oh my, Ransom! You're in season!" And she slapped a three week confinement sentence on me and I've been doing time ever since! No long walks with her and the other dogs, no glorious runs across the sand at the beach with my GSD pal, Dexter...nothing by these four sides of the wooden privacy fences closing in on me day after day after day...

I could REALLY use some tree jumping therapy about now. Or ICE CREAM would be nice!!!

Those are such beautiful pictures!!! You both look so graceful! It brought tears to Mom's eyes reading that you're helping build your sweet sister Eva's confidence, Brice! You're not only handsome, you're motivational!

Now that's what we call making good use of those limbs!! Oh, we mean the tree limbs, but hey, good use of the pup limbs too. We love that 4th pic of Bricey. Please tell Eva to be sure she gets that gorgeous body up high enough so she doesn't scrape you-know-what:)

That's really cool that you jumped over some logs! We have some logs in our yard, but I've just stood on them. I think I should try jumping over them. Brice has the best form too!
