More Fall Fun

Hey everypup, kitty, and GG, Tasha here. About all that has been going on around here is us helping dad clean up leaves outside and helping mom do more painting inside. The work here just never stops! I don't especially care for the painting part, but Eva does. She got more highlights on her backside the other day. No pictures of that, but here are some from us supervising dad's work in the back yard.

Thanks for all the great piles of leaves dad!
Eva was a bit upset on Friday of last week. She was playing with her new tennis ball. She had finally chosen another ball besides her bald tennis ball. Then what happens? We think Eva put her new ball in a pile of leaves and dad accidentally scooped it up. He thought it might have been in the pile. He looked really hard through the pile but couldn't fine it. So now Eva is back to playing with the bald ball. Poor girl. She should be more flexible like me! I play with big balls, little balls, sticks, you name it. Both mom and dad are working with her to get used to another tennis ball. So far no luck. Oh, well. Maybe some day she'll get some sense in her pointy little head.
Where's my ball?
Eva also has a hard time finding her ball even when it is in plain sight. I don't think her snooter works very well. She can walk right by her ball and not see or smell it. I can find my ball under a pile of leaves!
Just chillin' in a great pile of leave.
There's just something about a leaf pile that makes me want to lay down and relax for, oh maybe and hour or two! I can keep an eye on our new neighbors. They have two Collies, a German Shepard, a Golden Retriever, and a cute little Yorkie! We haven't had a chance to meet yet, but we have exchanged barks. They look VERY FUN! I'll leave you today with a little video of a moving leaf pile.

Were you surprised it was me under there? No? I guess I'm not surprised. Hope you enjoyed it anyway! By the way, I did find my ball. Unlike some other pup that I live with. Bark at everypup soon. Belly Rubs, Tasha.

That looks like lots of fun. Our dad doesn't rake our leaves he likes to pick them up with the lawnmower. We still have huge maple and oak trees that haven't lost their leaves yet. Dad hopes they hurry up and finish soon. He is gearing up for his Clark Griswold light extravaganza.

oh yea clark griswold, that one light that won.t work, the one barlow family christmas tree with a light shinning down from heaven on it...this is it...trudging five miles up the canyon, waiting 3 hours in a christmass tree tag line, at 5 a.m. at the mouth of a canyon in fifteen degree weather, a wife who cannot accept a 199 dollar fake tree,

Uh oh, lost a ball, eh? That's not good! I hope it isn't gone forever!

Leaves are super fun to play in, eh? Normally I have a big pile of leaves to play in, but this year our big maple tree started dying and it's been raining too much, so there are no leaves. :(

That looks like loads of fun. Some mean men come every Friday and take our leaves away so we never get to play.

Great pics of you guys!
