Few Words Friday by Dad.

With the girls on their sleep-over at Dog Pad here is what doesn't happen:
No wet puppies to dry off. We're having a wonderful mid-April snow storm happening right now.
No Tasha letting us know its 8:00p.m. and that its time to go outside.
No Eva jumping up on the bed to make sure I get to sleep OK.
No puppy dinner and breakfast to make.
No cold, wet puppy noses in the face and tails banging on the wall as soon as my alarm went off this morning.
I sure miss all these things. This house is just way too quiet. I'll be going to pick them up this afternoon. It can't come fast enough for me.
I sure miss those pups.

Just sniffing over from Pippa's blog. I think my Mum would want to spend the night at Dog Pad with me.. which would make the whole process pointless, but she is a bit of a wimp.
I can imagine you must be missing them heaps. I look forward to meeting them on their return :)

Doug - Dogmom says the same thing about whenever we sleep over at Dog Pad. Silly humans.

Um, by the way, if I bark at you when I see you at Dog Pad when you're picking up Tasha and Eva, please don't take it personally. I tend to bark at men that I don't know. But, once I figure out you're really a dog at heart, I'll probably get it.

I know what you mean. When the pups are around, I complain about them hogging the bed and needing to go out all the time, etc, but when they are gone, the bed seems so empty. :-(

P.S. Did you get what you needed for the DWB forum?
