We had an exciting afternoon. There were highlights and lowlights (No, Momma didn't change her hair color again).
Here are the background facts:
- We have never spent the night away from home without Momma and Dad
- Our parents have not been on vacation together since before Eva was born
- Momma been saying the word "Florida" lately
Then we hurried home and dropped off Tasha so that Momma could take me to the evil place. You know what I'm going to say. I don't know if I can even say the word but I'll try.....v...v....v...VET. I still shudder at the thought. The evil man had a hard time getting through all my fur to find my delicate skin to steal my blood and stick me with sharp pointy things. I was a brave pup but I refused to let Momma take my picture there. I do not need any reminders of that place.
We'll close with a few new pictures from today. We weren't very cooperative cuz it was dinner time and Momma wouldn't put our dishes on the floor for us. And we aren't allowed on the counter.

What an adorable blog. We only take our dogs to one place. It's an outdoor kennel and they love it there. They aren't even sad when we drop them off LOL.
I wish you could come and stay with me. In fact your momma and dad should bring you all to Spain instead of going to boring old Florida. Anyway I hope you both enjoy this place and everypup and everyhuman is very nice to you. I will be crossing my paws and thinking about you on your trial days and overnights and hope it goes well.
Now I am very excited because mistress is going to come back and then I can have my TREATS! Yes. Isn't it cruel to make me wait for mistress huh?

Oh fun! We love doggie day care. Anytime we've had to go to boarding, Mom and Dad pay extra so we can spend all day in doggie day camp. We haven't found a boarding place here yet, but Mom says she needs to get on it because they are going to Dad's cousin's wedding in Georgia in the summer. (Why we can't go, I have no idea!)

Sounds like your mom find a nice place. Your mom and my mom must be related somehow. Our mom does the visit, and then play day thing too and then just an overnight to see how we do. We hope you'all enjoy it.
Now as for the vet with all those needles and things. I so feel for you. I had to go thru the same thing. I hope you got good treats for that.

We're starting to hear talk about a visit to North Carolina this summer. Woo is me. That means we go to the kennel. Mom HATES leaving us so we try to make her think it's fun. Dad says she sulks the entire trip because she misses us so much.

We finally told dogmom that we got to meet you gals at Dog Pad. Know what? She didn't even ask if you liked it there! Can you imagine? She was more interested in whether we were good ambassadors or something. She said she knew you'd like it as much as we do. (We don't think that's possible... but if she says so, it's probably true.) Can't wait to see you again on Friday!

Why would your parents want to leave you to go to Florida?
We have several pooch resorts like that in our area, if the Dog Pad is as much fun as Pet Paradise, Bark Avenue, or Creature Comforts, you'll never even miss your humans, you'll be having way too much fun & making lots of friends. On the other paw, where are your peeps going in Florie-duh? If they're gonna be anywhere close to Jacksonville you grrrls could come & visit us!
If not, we hope your Dog Pad is as much fun as the FurrySorts we have around here.
