We went back to Staring Lake to try to get a better picture of Brice jumping over his favorite log. Either we need a better faster camera or Brice needs to run and jump slower.

But we had a few shots like this one but Momma doesn't let him do the downhill jump a lot.She worries about the impact to his joints.
We know that we won't get him to run and jump slower so we may borrow a better camera in order to show his great form.

Why would you let them get a picture, Brice? If they can't get the picture, you get to keep jumping and that is the fun.
We are wondering - on a frisbee golf course, do you try to catch them all? You could be quite the obstacle in a game.
Our disc golf course is right beside the dog park. One slice from the players and that disc is claimed. Grins.

I think these are great shots, BUT, if you're looking for shots "in motion" that are crisp, you need a camera that has "sports" or "action" setting. It 'probably' won't let you use a flash for that setting, so you need plenty of light when shooting w/o a flash and in motion. i use the motion setting a lot to get the pix i get. i use it sometimes just cuz i'm too shakey from my walk or whatever we just were doing. or sometimes not to have red/blue demon eyes in the photo that i have to p-shop out! then again...camera never lies....i should let demon eyes stay.
Oooh! I liked those shots, though! And I'm NOT just saying that because they're of Brice! Well... OK, maybe I am... but they're still quite wonderful!
Mom's been having relatively good luck with the sports setting on her camera. Is that an option for you?

I think they look great anyway! I love his form over the jump. He looks so neat and all tucked up. Good boy Brice!
If it makes you feel any better, these pictures are all better than our mom's pictures and she has a fancy camera, just no talent.
