Still Searching! And An Escape!

We've been searching all over looking for our dad.

We rented a private jet and flew around the world looking for Dad

Chartered a boat and sailed the seven seas
(that's us up front navigating)

We even stopped by to see Khyra but no sightings of Dad had been reported

We decided to return home and wait with Momma. But Sunday night, we caused a little bit of a panic (those of you on FB already know this). When Momma put us out for the last trip out and waited on the deck as usual, she thought we were spending too much time in the back corner and shined her trusty flashlight in our direction and found that we were missing!! A storm had rolled through earlier and knocked down part of our fence and we had escaped! Momma ran through the yard and called our names. Princess Eva returned home right away but Momma had to call my name a second time and added the magic word "Treat!!" Of course, I'll do anything for food and came running! She was so happy that we came when called that we got lots of hugs and kisses and full slices of cheese as a reward.

Momma - the last thing I needed was to try to find Brice and Eva at 1 a.m. I knew Eva would not go far but Brice was an unknown. We always work on his recall but it had not been tested in this type of situation before. They were only loose for 3-5 minutes and based on sound, I think they were two houses over. I LOVE my pups!!

The big gaping hole is blocked with ex-pen panels

Reports started coming in that there was a large gathering of vroom-vroom machines in South Dakota. We'll be checking there tomorrow.

Woof ya later!

Wow, we are very impressed. You certainly travel in style!

And now we know one of the key differences between BT and Siberians - you came running when called despite an escape route. Our hu-dad showed us this post and said, "Try this if Sibe Quentin ever shows a crack." We laughed.

P.S. - Good luck finding your dad. Where we live, there are a couple of big gatherings of the vroom vrooms, but they are tiny compared to that gathering in South Dakota.

Whew, lucky thing you guys are good on the recall - we would have been so worried about you two if you didn't come back. Good luck finding Dad, hope he shows up soon.

Woooos! I am proud that your recall worked so well, Mom says that the extra cheese was definitely a good idea, as she always rewards me more for coming when called than anything else I do.
I hope you find your Dad soon!

I think I saw your Dad and his vroom-vroom on TV. . .not sure it was him though, there were lots of bikes and ryders where this was.

I am glad when you come at Momma's call, too. I know now that is furry scary for Moms.

Kisses,
Stella

First: nice, very nice way to travel the world, pups!!! Sorry you couldn't locate Dad yet. But very scary to run away from Momma! Must have been a big, windy storm out there - that was probably scary too. Glad you are home now, safe and sound!

It's funny how the mention of treats can make us come running. I just have to hear the ham container being taken out of the fridge and I am right there.

My mom says FOOD!! and we come running. It would be sad if, after you traveled around the world, you got lost 2 blocks from home! We are so glad you all are okay. Hope you find your dad soon.

Good puppies!!! I'm so glad you came right back when your momma called for you!

I'm sorry you still haven't found your dad. I wonder if he's at the same place as Huffle's parsley pot?

Nothing scarier than thinking the pups are gone. Hope you find dad soon.

Ohmygosh! Makes me panic just reading this. SO glad they came home safe and sound. And hopefully, your Mum has recovered.

I'm sure your Dad will be home soon. But do your Mum a favor; should you two decide to go looking for him, tell Mom first!

Sad to report there have been no Brice&EvaDad sightings here either. Hey, nice job on the escape! It's good woo came back right away, though, woo proved your point. No sense is worrying your mom at 1 am, and woo wouldn't want to miss breakfast!!!!
