A busy week

Life has been busy around here lately.

Dad made a really big opening in our wall. Momma had to block off the opening because somepup almost got hit with a hammer because he was supervising too closely. Even when they were hammering, he didn't have the sense to go hang out in his kennel.

Momma painted the office but we weren't allowed to supervise since I like to help a little too much and then end up with paint from my ears to my tail.

What you doing Dad?

Our neighbors Jeff and Scott were helping.

We received a box of stuffies from our friend Summi.

By the end of the day, two were de-squeaked and de-stuffed

The other day, our friend Zimmie was talking our hiding spots. This is my favorite because some other pup can't fit back here.

Brice's classes are going fairly well. He is the rock star of the class as far as the exercises but he has the occasionaly barking fit. The instructor actually asked if he was possibly scared of other dogs. They had to pick Momma up off the floor after she fell because she was laughing so hard.

Our friends Dakota, Phantom and Thunder gave us this bewootiful award. We'll be back tomorrow to pass this award on to some of our friends. Momma has to look to see who has not received it yet.

Momma says we can only have the laptop for another hour so we're going to sign off and go visit other blogs. Then she's going to get paint for the living room. I'm sure sure she won't let us supervise that either.

See ya later.
Princess Eva

P.S. from Momma - we knew that there can be challenges in bringing a young adult dog into an existing pack but lately it's like they turned into human 3 year olds. They play nicely and then it's like they're screaming "Mom, he touched me" and "She touched me first". It's been very time consuming to have to supervise them constantly.

Hi Princess,

Wow looks like things are getting busy over at your house! We have some majore remodelling planned here soon too, I plan to just sleep through it though, supervising is just too tiring hehehe

You are right, I should be careful what I wish for! Tell you what.. you send Brice over here and I will come be your new playmate, no supervision required.. unless you object to being smooched on all the time!!

love ya!

Congrats on the award!!! It's perfect for you!

PS: Your mama is really smart to supervise the pack integration like that. It takes a lot of work!!!

We do that too STILL but not nearly as bad as we did when Tanner first came to live here!

Hi Eva,

Great to see you back and posting...
You should anyway delegate all these menial jobs to humans...after all you are the princess. Mr. Brice however can and should help:)

hey Princess Eva and Brice,

Eva, your hiding place looks pretty nifty and cozy, like a den. And all your new toys looked like fun - you sure have nice friends! Keep up the good work at school Brice!

And congrats on your award! Nice!

Well, Ms. Eva, woo sure had a lot of news to share. The stuffies were so cute, too bad they had some mishaps:( Great hiding spot too, we've been working on that game too but Mom hasn't been able to snag a pic yet.

Mom says she knows all about those 3 year old battles but she has it happening with three "under two year olds". But take heart, it too will pass.

Mom says we still do that and we've lived together for almost 4 years now. Sorry you can't help paint eva that isn't nice of your mom to not let you help.

Isn't it funny how non-dog people think that dogs are different from children, but really we are just the same? I bet your fluffy tail would be a great paint brush.

Great stuffies! Sounds like Brice is being a typical young boy. Some polishing and he will be a diamond.

Dust sheets. I recommend lying on dust sheets when humans are painting. Master has lots of them and they are very comfy.

I wonder if I could fit in that nice hiding place next to you?

WOO WOO Princess Eva

It's such hard work being an adult around Brice, isn't it. Your Mom and Dad have been very very busy too - We love your hiding spot!

Hi Brice,

Thanks for the compliments:) I promise not to incite Princess Eva against you any more (Oops! You didn't know about that...Me and my big snout!)

Actually, I think that you are a wonderful pup (ahem!) I know it can be very difficult to adjust in a new family:)

Lots of construction going on at everyone's house. What's a pup to do? And this gating us off? What's up with that? Bella's keeps trying to get it loose, so when she figures it out, she'll let you know.
